How does the Distributor Program Work?

At Titeforce we utilise an established network of industry partners and brands to service our Agents, Distributors and ultimately the end Customer.

1. Distributor Accord (You)

Our supportive Distributor Accord requires the purchase of a Distributor Demo Starter Kit within your scope of market and a pledge to uphold our brands’ ethos of “Accessible Quality without Compromise”. This pre-requisite ensures you are fully liable for your own equipment, transport, and time to demonstrate the tool capabilities whilst receiving Distributor Support from the TFE Group.

2. Distributor Support Mandate (Us)

As a Tool Owner and recognised Titeforce Distributor (as per Distributor Accord) you will receive our full backing to grow your regional market share. Our mandate includes providing you with direct Technical Knowledge and Product Support for our full catalogue of Torque and Tension Tooling, Specialised Lifting Equipment, Branded Marketing Material and After Sales Support.

3. Distributor On-Boarding (Together)

On receipt of your Distributor Demo Starter Kit, we’re ready to prosper together. This requires your tooling and marketing material be made available to you and a brief training program to be completed (2 days – *On-Site or Virtually). At this step you are equipped with the Tooling, Product Knowledge, and the associated Marketing Material, including Product Technical Data to approach your customers with diligence, data and support.

4. Distribution of Titeforce Products

You’ve joined our team, we’ve delivered your tooling and marketing material and together we used the tools, looked at common applications and best practices. We’ve introduced you to our way of working and you are now equipped to make the calls or hit the road. Help your customers improve their businesses and in turn you’ll grow your business with the support of ours.

Why is there a cost?

Our Distributor Accord has a cost attached to it. This covers the cost of the Tooling, On-Boarding, Training and Continued Support from the TFE Group.

Will you Support My Customers?

We will support you. If you require us to support your customer on your behalf, we will offer technical backup with your involvement. Your client is your responsibility, and you remain their first point of contact.

The "Buy-In" seems expensive, why?

The Distributor Accord cost includes start-up Tooling, On-Boarding, Training and Continued Support tailored to your scope of market. This cost is greatly discounted and equips you with the Tooling, Product Knowledge, and the associated Marketing Material, including Product Info to approach your customers with diligence, data and support.
